SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. AKS reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is considered accepted only once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Products

Custom-made and made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged once an order has been accepted.
Ready-to-Wear Products

Orders for Ready-to-Ship products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
Please review all order details carefully before submission. In the event of order changes or cancellations initiated by us, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy [LINK].
Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or commercially exploited without written consent.

Ready-to-Ship products are typically dispatched within 2 business days.

Custom-made products are typically dispatched within 25 days from order confirmation.
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, logistics partners, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services—including text, images, designs, logos, trademarks, videos, graphics, and layout—is owned by AKS or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

AKS is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with Arvindbhai Khatri Sons. Shopify bears no responsibility for sales, products, or disputes arising from transactions with AKS.
